Trash Can and Bulk Trash Placement Guidelines

We’d like to take a moment to remind everyone of the community guidelines regarding trash can placement and bulk trash collection, as outlined in the Reata Ranch Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs).

1. Trash Can Placement:
Please store trash cans out of street view, as required by the CCRs. They should only be visible on designated garbage collection days.
2. Bulk Trash Placement:
To keep the neighborhood looking tidy, please place bulk trash out only the day before scheduled pickup.

We conduct bi-monthly compliance drives to ensure that all properties are in line with community guidelines. If any violations are observed, friendly reminders will be sent out. However, should the violation persist, fines will be issued in accordance with the CCRs. Thank you for your attention to these important guidelines!
