We are in need of two homeowners to volunteer for the board. In accordance with Article 3, Section 2.3 of the Bylaws for Reata Ranch Homeowners Association you are hereby given notice that an Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled for May 17, 2023 at 6:00 PM via Go To Meeting.
The Association is a non-profit corporation and as such is required to hold an annual meeting under the laws of the State of Texas.
The homeowners will elect three (3) homeowners to the Board of Directors as in accordance with the Bylaws recorded in Tarrant County.
